14 days return policy

If you are not happy with your letterbox for any reason you may return it to us complete, unused and in its original packaging in accordance with our 14 days return policy. This 14-day period commences upon receipt of the order. A full refund will then be given.


If the return falls outside of this period, the item is damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund.

Costs of returning an item

We only accept returned products if they have been packed in the original packaging and sturdy shipping carton. If the products are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge you for the damages. Please note, we do NOT offer free returns.

If the return is the result of an error on our part, the return costs will be refunded to you.


Unfortunately it is not possible to return goods to the delivery driver.


Exchange Policy

We do not not exchange letter boxes. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns when the return is in line with our return policy.
