  1. 1.      When do these General Terms and Conditions apply?

Your use of the Bobi Holland B.V. webshop and by placing an order with Bobi Holland B.V. you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

  1. 2.      Prices

a)      The prices published are quoted in UK pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate. These will be the prices shown on the invoice.

b)      There are no hidden charges added to your order. If any extra charges are added to your order, you will be notified of these costs before you submit your credit card details.

c)      Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. If the product(s) on your order are not available we will notify you by email or telephone. Subject to clause 2d below, the prices quoted at the time of your purchase are the prices applicable to that order.

d)      Despite our efforts to ensure that the information presented on this site is both true and accurate, Bobi Holland B.V. will not be held responsible or liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies occurring within this content. In such an event we reserve the right to cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

 

  1. 3.      Cancellation/ returns policy

To cancel your order, please send an email to info@bobiletterboxes.co.uk quoting your order number in the subject box or alternatively please call 0800 731 11 90 as soon as possible. A full refund will then be given.

 

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us complete, unused and in its original packaging in accordance with our 14 days return policy.The 14-day period commences on receipt of the order. Please ensure a copy of the original delivery note or invoice note is attached to allow us to accurately process the return.

 

If you wish to return an order because you've changed your mind unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost incurred for returning the order to us. 

 

All returned products will be thoroughly checked and placed back into stock. If any item is returned damaged or in any way not allowing it to be resold, photographic evidence will be sent to the buyer within 3 working days and no refund will be made. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. We therefore strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel.

 

Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to any personalised products unless they are faulty or not as described.

 

You have the right to terminate the agreement if delivery exceeds 30 (thirty) days.

  

  1. 4.      Damage / Faults

Any item received damaged or faulty will be exchanged. Notification and photographic evidence is strictly required within 7 days to authorize a replacement or a refund. If notice is not given within 7 days, no credit or replacement will be given.

 

  1. 5.      Delivery  Information

If a product is not in stock or there is a longer delivery time, we will inform you by email within 24 hours.

  1. 6.      Retention of title/ Title of goods

We retain title in the products until we have received full payment for all such products. The title of goods will remain with Bobi Holland B.V. until such time where they have been delivered and signed for by the buyer or a third party. Once signed for the title of goods passes immediately to the buyer and all other conditions then apply as above.

 

  1. 7.      What can you do if you are not satisfied?

Applicable law

All terms and conditions contained on this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Dutch law. By using this website, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of this website.
