Delivery time

We house the world's biggest stock of Bobi letter boxes and standard delivery is usually within 2 – 4 working days.

When your order has been despatched, you will receive a track & trace link where you can check the progress of your order.


Should a product not be in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible


We operate and despatch our orders straight from our Middle-Europe sales office based in The Netherlands. Our customer service office is located in Four Marks, Hampshire.



We do NOT offer free returns. We only accept returned products if they have been packed in the original packaging and sturdy shipping carton. If the products are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge you for the damages.

Collection in person

Unfortunately this is not possible at present. All orders are delivered by a transport company.


Order confirmation

After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation. Please check this and if there are any errors, please get in touch as soon as possible.


Checking your delivery

When you receive your order, please check it is correct. If you find that your delivery is not complete, please contact our customer services. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.


Changes to your order

If you need to amend any part of your order, please phone our customer services as soon as possible. We will endeavour to help you as best we can, however, if you've received email confirmation that your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
