Delivery charges

We will deliver your order free of charge within mainland UK. For delivery to certain areas (including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands) you will incur a surcharge. Please contact our customer services.

 

Delivery time

We house the world's biggest stock of Bobi letter boxes and standard delivery is usually within 2 – 4 working days. If we despatch your order from stock, we will send you a track & trace link where you can check the progress of your order, once your order has been despatched. Should a product not be in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

We operate and despatch our orders straight from our Middle-Europe sales office based in The Netherlands. Our customer service office is located in Four Marks, Hampshire.

Collection in person

Unfortunately this is not possible at present. All orders are delivered by a transport company.

 

Delivery arrangements

If you are out when our transport company attemps to deliver your order, we will try and re-deliver the following working day. If we are again unable to deliver your order, it will be returned to our central warehouse. We will contact you to rearrange the delivery.

 

Changes to the delivery arrangements

We will endeavor to inform you, by phone or e-mail, if your order will not be delivered within the time indicated.

 

Transport company

All our orders are delivered by DPD.

 

Nominated delivery day and/or time

Unfortunately it is not possible to nominate a delivery day or time. You can check the status of your order with the Track & Trace link we send you once your order has been despatched.

 

Returns

Please follow our instructions for returning your order. Unfortunately it is not possible to return your order to the driver.

 

Multiple items with different delivery times

If you have ordered multiple items with different lead times, we hold all items back until your order is complete. If you would prefer to have an item delivered sooner, please contact our customer services. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.

Changes to your order

If you need to amend any part of your order, please phone our customer services as soon as possible. We will endeavour to help you as best we can, however, if you've received email confirmation that your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. Flexible delivery time

At the moment we are unable to offer you the service of nominating a certain delivery day or time. However, if you know you are unable to take receipt of your delivery for a certain time, we can delay the despatch.
